Forest of Memories - Project for School

The truth is a hard thing for most people. Everyone loves honesty but what if that truth is the consequence of your cruel realty? What if you don't want to confront it? Sometimes you need a bit of encouragement or motivation!

Forest of Memories is a 2D adventure game where you go on a short journey to find the truth of your reality, of why your circumstances are the way that they are. How did you get to where you are now? What led you here? In this journey is where you find out!

Through time and learning, you eventually come to terms of how you got here, of why you woke up in the woods and you'll meet new creatures along the way! You decide your fate.

This game is a project for my school, I'm in high school and I'm 15 years old. I love game dev so this is my first game! It's not perfect and has a lot of flaws but I hope you'll like it. Everything besides the music and sound effects were done by me.

This is also my first game so I would appreciate a bit of slack, you'd probably be able to find a lot of bugs, lol. :)

This game really isn't long at all, it's quite short. I'd say it takes like 30 minutes or an hour to complete at best.
